7 days with full board or half board with 2 hours of riding per day for 6 days (the price given is on full board basis). This solution is particularly good for those who are becoming acquainted with horseback riding. During this week, you will be able to enjoy riding-out in the splendid valleys that surround the farm, enjoying streams and woods in rustic Tuscany. The rest of the day is free, allowing you to explore the nearby towns or just relax on the farm.
Courses & Seminars
This package is ideal for those who have little or no experience with horses. Scheduled are six daily sessions of two hours each. In these two hours we will alternate between lessons in the riding ring, to learn the basics of Western equitation, and countryside excursions where the student will have the opportunity to put into practice the techniques learned in the riding ring, while he or she enjoys the beautiful setting of the area surrounding the Cornacchino Farm.
Trekking packages
We explore the ancient paths of the Etruscans, the early inhabitants of Italy - long before the age of the Roman empire. We ride from the mountain pastures of Cornacchino, following the wilderness of the Fiora river valley through canyons cut by rushing streams in tuff rock, the Lamone forest, the hermitages near the lower reaches of the river Fiora, lake Mezzano, an Etruscan necropolis and medieval villages.

We explore the ancient paths of the Etruscans, the early inhabitants of Italy - long before the age of the Roman Empire. From the Fiora valley we arrive at the necropolis of Sovana, passing through the Etruscan caverns dug in the tufo rock. We follow along to Poggio Buco, the Lamone forest, Mezzano Lake and then make our way back to Cornacchino, passing through the ancient village of Vitozza and the necropolis of Sorano.

Guided by Fabio, the objective of this course is to instruct the student to correctly control and help the horse in the countryside and to succeed at the difficulties that are common to this environment. Scheduled are lessons in the riding ring and in beautiful pastures that are equipped with various types of exercises that allow the student to perfect his or her trail, pleasure, and Western riding.

Courses & Seminars
A basic education is fundamental for the present and future well-being of our horses. The best way to approach beginning ground work is to stimulate their curiosity and desire to learn. This must be done in a context of serenity, for young and adult horses alike. Fabio offers his experience to demonstrate and discuss the training methods which he has developed both for inexperienced horses and those who have been labeled "difficult". This program includes practical demonstrations with young horses of different ages as well as exercises for participants with adult horses.

7 days full board with 2 riding hours for the first 3 days, followed by 3 full days of horseback travel with overnight stay at the farm. This is an excellent package for those who are curious about trying a full trek on horseback.
Trekking packages
Our journey bring us from the mountain pastures of Cornacchino to the Paglia and Orcia river valleys. We ride through the famous Val d'Orcia, with its extensive arid areas, rolling hills and fields and famous clay outcrops known locally as "calanche", and avenues of cypress trees and ancient hamlets. We rest at ancient hot springs and at the castle towns of Sarteano and Radicofani.

Ride like the cowboys and cowgirls do. Enjoy a whiff of cowboy atmosphere in our "Working Ranch Week". Learn how to work with a horse as your partner and how to cope with even at first glance seemingly difficult tasks together. At the end of the week come together with us on the "Horse Drive"...
