Natural Western Riding & Yoga

Body awareness, balance and presence while riding

This eight-day programme brings together gentle, mindful Yoga and Natural Western Riding in a unique learning experience designed to help riders develop greater awareness, balance, breathing and emotional presence.

Discover how to improve communication with your horse through body language and a natural, simple, and intuitive dialogue.

During the course, you will work on feeling and timing, refining the use of seat and legs to minimize rein aids, with the goal of building a partnership based on trust, respect, and sensitivity.

This eight-day programme brings together gentle, mindful Yoga and Natural Western Riding in a unique learning experience designed to help riders develop greater awareness, balance, breathing and emotional presence — both riding and on the groundwork.

The connection between the two disciplines is at the heart of the programme. Each morning begins with Yoga, helping participants become more aware of their body, breathing, balance and state of mind.

These skills are then brought directly into the Natural Western Riding sessions with Fabio, where participants explore how their body, emotions, timing and communication influence their relationship with the horse. Through this process, participants learn to recognize unnecessary tension, improve their balance and body awareness, develop clearer communication and become more present and confident in the saddle.

The aim is not simply to improve riding technique, but to develop a more conscious, cooperative and respectful relationship with the horse.

The programme is open to participants of all levels of Yoga experience.

A RICH, BALANCED PROGRAMME

The programme combines a rich schedule of lessons with free time to relax, enjoy the property and explore the surrounding area.
During their free time, guests can enrich their stay with optional activities such as extra horse riding, a Be Present session with the horses, a massage or e-bike rental, subject to availability and advance booking.
These optional activities are not included in the course price and can be arranged separately.
