During the morning Fabio will introduce you to the fascinating world of Natural Horsemanship. The focus is on working with the horse on the ground, an empathic process where perception, subtle signals and the animal's needs are at the forefront.
BENEFITS OF YOGA:
In the afternoon you can experience the benefits of yoga, and if you wish, you can go horse riding or have a natural western lesson not included in the program, or relax with a walk in the nearby woods.
On two evenings during the week we will have a time together for relaxation, conclusions and discussion with Elisabetta and Fabio to close the day and prepare you for the next.
Lying down or sitting, you can connect with your deep breathing and the release of your body weight towards the earth. This will open you up to a deep listening to your feelings and sensations. An invitation to let go!
